Product Introduction

Naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducers consist of sodium naphthalene sulfonate-formaldehyde condensates. They are readily soluble in water, exhibit stable physicochemical properties, and are characterized by high dispersibility and low foaming potential. These admixtures offer a high water-reduction rate and demonstrate strong compatibility with various types of cement. The incorporation of this product significantly enhances concrete fluidity, increases slump, and improves workability, impermeability, and durability. Furthermore, the product is non-corrosive to steel reinforcement.


It is suitable for use in a wide range of concrete applications, including ultra-high-strength concrete, steam-cured concrete, flowable concrete, impermeable concrete, waterproof concrete, plasticized concrete, and both reinforced and prestressed concrete structures. The product is extensively utilized in diverse concrete construction projects, such as precast components, railway sleepers, bridges, tunnels, national defense and military installations, water conservancy and power generation facilities, ports and docks, airport runways, and high-rise buildings.

Usage Instructions:

1. The recommended mixing dosage is 0.5%–1.0%; a dosage of 0.75% is specifically suggested.

2. Prepare the solution as needed.

3. The product may be used directly in powder form. Alternatively, after adding the powder, a wetting process may be applied (using a water-to-powder ratio of 60%).

4. If successful results are achieved during pilot-scale development or laboratory testing, this formulation may be combined with other topical admixtures.


Packaging and Storage:

1. Powder: Packaged in woven bags lined with plastic film. Net weight options: 25 kg ± 0.2 kg, 50 kg ± 0.2 kg, or 750 kg ± 0.2 kg.

2. Liquid: Stored in sealed plastic drums to prevent accidental leakage and evaporation. The material may also be transported via tanker trucks.

3. The product should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry. If exposed to moisture, it may simply be crushed or dissolved into a solution for use without any adverse effects on its performance.


Precautions:

Take care to prevent the packaging from being torn by sharp objects during transfer or delivery. If the product becomes contaminated by high humidity or moisture due to leakage, it may still be prepared and used according to the prescribed methods without any loss of efficacy.
